Statistics Spreadsheet Programs

You are required to use a spreadsheet based software package for both projects 1 and 2 and may also use it for your weekly quizzes.  There are several options for this.  Here is a list of options:

• Google Sheets Statistics Package Written by Larry Green Links to an external site. - written especially for this class  (free)
• Statcato Links to an external site. - Java based software that is easy to use but difficult to download (free)
• Excel with the Statistics Plugin Links to an external site. - Useful if you are familiar with Excel, but has a learning curve if you are not.  (Microsoft Office if Free to LTCC students Links to an external site.)
• Other Commercial Statistics Spreadsheet Package such as SPSS, SASS, MiniTab, etc.
